Book Talk and Signing With Leah Weiss, Ph.D

The new book by Leah Weiss, Ph.D. 'How We Work: Live Your Purpose, Reclaim Your Sanity, and Embrace the Daily Grind' focuses on compassion training at the individual level, how to find and retain purpose at work, and ways to use mindfulness to love the work you do.
This event would include a reading from her book, a Q&A session, and a book sale and signing.

Author:
Leah Weiss, Ph.D., is a researcher, professor, consultant, and author. She teaches courses on compassionate leadership at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a principal teacher and founding faculty for Stanford's Compassion Cultivation Program, conceived by the Dalai Lama. She also directs Compassion Education and Scholarship at Hope Lab, an Omidyar Group research and development nonprofit focused on resilience. She lives in Palo Alto, California with her husband and three children.
