Our workouts are 45 minutes long and do not involve machines. We use a combination of strength and high intensity burst training to give you a workout that gets your heart pounding and continues to offer calorie burning benefits even after your workout is done! Our exercises include cardio as well as strength training with equipment such as battle ropes, hand weights, kettle bells, slam balls, terra cores, stability balls, jump ropes and a pull up system.

All fitness levels welcome!
