If you have signed up for True Grit Enduro (24 hour) event, we will be running an overnight session from 6 pm-2am to allow participants to train on our 17 obstacles and train the way you hope your race will go.
You will get the opportunity to test your gear and nutrition and gauge how you perform over time with the obstacles and learn what works/doesn’t work before race day.
Unfortunately our water crossing is out of action this year due to severe drought but we do have a (cold) outdoor shower that can be used for those who wish to test their wetsuits and practise running and training wet.
We will also set up some seperate workouts for those who want to add more training to their night.
This training night is 3 weeks before the event so you have plenty of time to taper and recover.

The obstacles that we have to train on are as follows:
* 4, 6 and 8 foot walls

* Dead Ball carry
* Rope Climb (a variety of ropes consisting of 2 thick ropes, one skinny rope and one knotted rope.

* Monkey Bar Rig offering not only bars but rings also
* Apex monkey Bars
* Spear throw
* Herculean Hoist
