Join Certified Cicerone® Allison Hoekstra of Navigate Brews for the next Butch's University series. The first lesson in this three part series is "Tasting & Serving Beer, and Influential Styles". This class will cover the science behind how we serve, taste, and evaluate beer. We also will discuss the influence of historical beer styles have on contemporary beer.
