Join Certified Cicerone® Allison Hoekstra of Navigate Brews for the next Butch's University series. The second lesson in this three part series is "How Beer is Made". For this class we will walk through the brewing process, highlighting each ingredient used and it's flavor contributions. We will taste different malts, do hop rubbings and taste beers fermented with different yeasts.
