Yoga and Meditation helps children in a variety of ways. It helps reduce stress,
strengthens the immune system, can improve relationships at home and at
school, decreases aggressiveness and anxieties, improves behavior and attitude,
it also improves focus, memory, concentration and promotes inner peace.
The focus in these classes is to help our kids to build inner and outer strength,
flexibility, and teach how to focus and center oneself through yoga poses. We will
practice partner poses, flowing sequences, balancing poses, and deep relaxation.
Age appropriate yoga games are included in every class.
All classes are in English.
