Why Yoga for Golf you ask?
Yoga can help with your flexibility, range of motion, balance, mental concentration, and even relive some of your lower back pain. Yoga is great for the golfer! Yoga strengthens your core muscles which in turn gives your spine more support resulting in less strain on your back. Increased flexibility and range of motion directly correlates with your golf swing.
