- introduction to Kombucha
- different kinds of Kombucha
- importance of ingredients when making Kombucha (water, tea, sugar, etc)
- use of other than tea ingredients for Kombucha (like Mate, Guayusa, Chaga, etc)
- other factors that can influence the brew
- a visual how to make one
- possible problems during brewing
- questions from participants
The price is 50 € pp & it includes Kombucha tasting & a Scoby.
