We are happy to introduce you a new brewery in Vienna!
We are driven by our passion for high quality, high flavour, naturally conditioned beers. All of our beers are brewed, bottled and naturally conditioned (not force carbonated) right here in Vienna. They take an average of 6 weeks from grain to glass and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Oh . . . and all of our beers are best enjoyed fresh :)
Ten.Fifty. Pale Ale
We set out to create a really drinkable, everyday modern craft beer. The backbone is classic Pale Ale malt but we also use some caramel malts to give the beer a bit more body to balance out the juicy hops. Talking about hops: more than 90% of the hops used in our Pale Ale are added after the boil (Whirlpool and Dry Hop additions). This ensures the full Tropical Fruit and Mandarine flavours/aromas come through, without adding too much bitterness.
Ten.Fifty. Red IPA
For those looking for a deeper, more complex beer experience: our Red IPA is full of layer-upon-layer of malt complexity. This malt richness is balanced out with the Kettle Hop additions, giving the beer a bit more bitterness to counteract the malt sweetness. Large amounts of fruity Dry Hops are crammed in post-fermentation to give the beer some refreshing melon and strawberry aromas.
Ten.Fifty. Wiener Weizen
Summer is coming! The concept for this beer was to craft an ale alternative to a ‘Sommer Spritzer’. We really drove the alcohol content down, thinned out the body and dialled up the post-boil hops to achieve a lighter, more refreshing version of the classic Hefeweizen. This is a single-hopped beer (Hallertau Blanc) with a low perceived bitterness, high natural carbonation level and subtle aromas of passion fruit, grape and lemongrass.
