Have fun creating your very own edible work of art whilst learning many professional tips and tricks used by the professional cake decorators.
At the end of class you will have your very own edible work of art to take home to show off your creative flair to family and friends!

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
How to make and work with Swiss Meringue buttercream
How to fill and smoothly ice a round cake
How to achieve dark colours with SMBC
How to achieve charcoal concrete/watercolour finish with SMBC
How to colour chocolate
How to make chocolate sails (either pink or charcol marble)
How to upside down drip a cake with coloured chocolate ganache
Work with seasonal fruits and other edible decorations
Q&A session and photo session.
INCLUSIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
All equipment and ingredients are provided on the day (wear comfortable enclosed shoes)
Tea, Coffee & Water throughout the day as well as a light lunch will be provided
Your own cake all boxed up!
SKILL LEVEL :
Beginner to Advanced, some knowledge of basic cake decorating is required
Arrive to the kitchen 15 minutes prior to start time
