Power Hours are FREE.

Power Hour is designed to make you sweat! It's Interval training, a type of training that involves a series of low to high intensity exercise workouts interspersed with both rest and relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to an aerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity.

​Even though it's free, attendees must call to be placed on the schedule as space is limited. First time attendees will receive a goodie packet!
