Power Hour is designed to make you sweat! It's Interval training, a type of training that involves a series of low to high intensity exercise workouts interspersed with both rest and relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to an aerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity.
Even though it's free, attendees must call to be placed on the schedule as space is limited. First time attendees will receive a goodie packet!
