The event will begin with registration and lunch at noon EDT, followed by a shotgun start at 12:45 p.m.
The cost of registration covers the green fee, cart rental, golf balls, tees, and Big Maroon Club membership for 2018-2019. A tax deduction receipt of $50 will also be given. A maximum of two mulligans, skirts and throws are available for $5 each.
In addition to team prizes, golfers have a chance to win the closest to the pin award and straightest drive. A hole-in-one will win $10,000 cash or a new car depending on the hole. Team awards will be based on gross scores and given to the team with the lowest score, the team with the score 1/3 down from lowest, the team 2/3 down from the lowest and the score next to last.
Format for the day is a four-person scramble, where everyone hits a tee shot. The "Captain's Choice" of the next shot puts all members hitting from the same spot.
Proceeds from the tournament go to the Big Maroon Club, which is the support organization of Campbellsville University athletics. Campbellsville University currently fields 28 varsity programs in 17 sports and 11 junior varsity programs serving approximately 700 student-athletes.
