The 11th Annual Ovarian & Gynecologic Cancers 5k is on Saturday, September 15th, at Monroe Community College, at 8:15 a.m.. There's plenty of parking and it's a great course to run, walk or skip (if you are so inclined).
Every woman is at risk for developing a gynecologic cancer. It is estimated that there were 98,000 new cases diagnosed and approximately 30,000 deaths from gynecologic cancers in the United States during 2015 (latest published statistics from the American Cancer Society).
Not all women's cancers are pink - help us raise awareness for the cancers 'below the belt'.
