HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HITT)
12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M.
High Intensity Interval Training will focus on dynamic flexibility, strength, endurance, speed, agility, and quickness; using functional movement techniques to access deep core musculatore and to combat sedentary behavior for the type-A busy bee. Expect to sweat, jump, twist, bend, flex and extend all of your articulations.
