“These works arise out of the human condition in the 21st Century. Only time will tell what art will be relevant. I hope only to make a difference today. Relevance today is the only insurance for longevity in the future.” - ANTONY CORSO

It starts with the bees. If the bees die, we die.
We have endangered our planet, and therefore, ourselves.
The hexagonal cubbyholes contain their larvae.
This is where life begins for the bee.
The honeycombs are each of us.
The hive is all of us.
Our survival is intimately linked to these life-giving pollinators.
When I began this series, my heart had sunk over the situation we’d created. As I continued to paint, I felt a glimmer of something new.
Where can life begin again for us endangered species?
Out of the collective acknowledgement of our short-sightedness and our potential for birthing new ideas and the choices we make must come hope and healing.
