What is yoga nidra:
Yoga nidra is an ancient practise also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness. It is a state of consciousness between being awake and sleeping. Yoga nidra is practised from a comfortable resting position and it is an efficient method of inducing complete physical, emotional and mental relaxation while maintaining consciousness leading you into a deeply receptive state of mind, which offers you the opportunity to let go of worries and to create a positive change in your life.
What is sound healing:
Sound has been used for 1000s of years in many cultures as a tool for healing and relaxation. Sound healing is also known as vibrational medicine. Our bodies contain 'energy frequencies' and when these go off key, the sonic frequencies can re-attune them. I use various sacred instruments, including Tibetian singing bowls, Shamanic drum, rain stick, chimes, tuning forks, etc
