Like coffee? Want to develop your palate? Try coffee cupping! Similarly to wine tasting, ‘cupping’ is a coffee tasting technique that experts use to evaluate coffee aroma and flavor profile. We’ll prepare several, unique specialty coffees, and guide you through the process of smelling and tasting them, thinking about the flavors and aromas that you are tasting and smelling along the way. We’ll provide some of our own coffee, Red City Roasters, as well as coffee from a couple of local coffee roasters in the Bay Area. We will also chat about coffee preparation and answer any questions you may have.
