What: Part of our new athletic performance training program, Speed, Strength and Agility is a sports conditioning class that will emphasize athleticism utilizing a variety of strength and agility exercises to improve sports performance and prevent injuries.
Instructor: Bret Lyon & CJ Carpenter (Both certified personal trainers)
Cost: Members: $20 Program Participants: $30
Ages: 5th-12th grade
*Need transportation??? Bus 5 will drop participants off at the YMCA to make it a little easier on parents!!*
