Mayor Daniel J. Reiman announces Spring 2018 Classes for the Carteret Technical Institute (CTI). CTI will be a three month, intensive training program on Information Technology. Students will meet three times a week in a computer lab setting. The class of ten to twelve students will meet at the Deverin Community Center, 100 Cooke Ave. CTI will prepare students for the CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) certifications which will put students on a path to a career in the IT field. The scholarship-based program will only be available to Carteret residents. There will be no cost to students who are accepted into the program. Students will be given text books and will have a laptop assigned to them. CTI's Open House will be on April 4th at 6:30 at the in the Carteret Public Library.
