How to safely and nourishingly move the spine and move from the centre for sustainable and efficient lifelong movement. Play and exploration for whole system renewal, development and recreation.
Daily meditative walking and twice-weekly longer excursions.
Yoga of sound and song, kirtan.
Daily satsang: working with the support of timeless teachings from the Yoga Tradition, how we can weave steady harmony into the reality of our dynamic human lives, with reference to story and symbol, and yoga texts including Yoga Sutra-s and Bhagavad Gita, with different emphases each week.
