This workshop is about tuning into where you are right now in the full knowledge that this is enough.
Learn to slow down. Free yourself with movement. Move effortlessly into poses stretching to your level. Feel the difference.
Emphasis will be on our Pranayama (breathing techniques).
Still the mind to allow focus and concentration.
Find your deepest pose while practising with integrity.
