Our Mindful Parenting Workshop will introduce you to useful NLP and mindfulness tools and techniques to improve communication with your child and build their self confidence and self esteem. We will also cover a variety of topics including managing stress, coping with anxiety, changing negatives to positives and building resilience. You can help your child build their own emotional intelligence skills and we will show you how.
This 3 hour workshop offers practical solutions for a more relaxed and happier home. You will also learn some quick techniques that calm you down when you feel overwhelmed to wire your brain for decreased anxiety and increased happiness.
