Mother Sauce Series - Veloute & Bechamel
This is a 3 class series where we will explore all the classic mother sauces and how to incorporate them into your meals at home. The first class will be Veloute & Bechamel and all the different uses for these mother sauce. We will be making multiple dishes that utilize theses sauce, giving you the experience and confidence to add this to your meals at home.
