Why not come along to one of our Introductory taster sessions to find out more about mindfulness.

This is a great opportunity to discover in a hands-on way what mindfulness is by trying some short experiential practices and guided meditations.

The session includes an overview of mindfulness, the background and underlying attitudes of the approach and there will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion. This is a useful introduction if you are thinking of joining an eight week course.

£15.00 per person (taken off your course fee if you sign up for the 8 week course).
