What is dyslexia? How do you know if your child might have dyslexia? What will help? Where can you get reliable information? What is the new state screening system? After the presentation, there will be time for your questions.

Presenter Catherine Wyrick, M.S. (Special Education): Accredited Training Fellow (The Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators), has over 20 years of experience teaching students with dyslexia to read, testing students and training their teachers and tutors. She recently founded Northwest Dyslexia Resources and co-founded the Blosser Center for Dyslexia Resources. She is a member of the Oregon Dyslexia Advisory Council.
