Our work environments are constantly in flux. Deadlines are tighter and workplace challenges take shape in what can be a highly contentious political and social broader context. What does it take to thrive in the workplace as a professional of color? What lessons can you adapt to achieve upward mobility?

Building on the success of last year’s event, an esteemed group of Bucknell alumni will share the lessons learned from navigating their careers as Black and Latinx professionals. Our panelists from many industries will provide you with new tools to better navigate the workplace.

We hope you will join us for this timely and thought-provoking conversation moderated by Carmen Henne-Ochoa, Ph.D., Bucknell Diversity and Inclusion Fellow.
