Feeling the stress of midterms coming your way? Finding that you don’t have time for yourself? Join us in a small group format where you’ll have a chance to process your experiences with others who feel the same.

We’ll focus on how you currently take care of yourself, what is getting in the way of the things you want to be doing to care for yourself and strategies for increasing self-care. You’ll have a chance to share tips and hear from others as well. The workshop will be run by Dr. Adia Gooden.
