Meditation helps to reduce stress, promote relaxation,as well as improve memory. It strengthens your ability to be mindful and focused on the present moment.

We will practice mindfulness, chakra balancing and go on a guided journey!

This is a wonderful meditation for all levels. If you're new to meditation or have been practicing for a while, you will benefit from meditating in a group setting.
Chairs are provided and yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your preferred yoga mat or meditation pillow.
