Restore Your Pelvic Floor using mind/body exercises for strength, flexibility and posture. We will dedicate half of our time to learning about the anatomy and various movements of the pelvic floor and discovering how a weak pelvic floor can lead to back, knee and incontinence problems.
We will then work through a 1.5 hour yoga class covering a specific series of exercises for self-discovery, and poses to increase the flexibility, strength and coordination of the pelvic floor.
Men - you have a pelvic floor too! You don’t want to miss this!
This goes way beyond mulabandha! In this workshop, just for yoga teachers, you'll learn cues, mudras, pranayama practices and meditation exercises to help guide your students to better pelvic floor awareness.
⭐️ I suggest attending Tuesday's session as well for a full pelvic floor yoga class and anatomy review.
