Learn the correct biomechanical alignment and activation of your feet
Strengthen and balance the muscles of the feet and ankles

Learn how to care for the fascia and connective tissues of the feet

Explore stretches which affect the muscles of the feet and surrounding support structures
Improve blood and lymphatic circulation
Increase nervous system activity while improving organ health and vitality
Decrease knee, hip and low back pain
