There’s a common misconception that props are only for the novice or less flexible practitioner. However, using props can increase body awareness, alignment, and flexibility. When used properly, they can increase the depth of experience in a pose and can correct poor postural habits. In this practical and insightful workshop, we will learn how to effectively use all props for a deeper and more satisfying experience in any yoga class.
Molly Rose Pizzo's classes are both challenging and playful with an emphasis on alignment and she encourages her students to explore their bodies in a mindful and compassionate way.
