Two famed bartenders, Joe and Daniel, will represent the trendiest cocktail creations of 2017-2018, the world’s first edible menu (Tippling Club) and the Champagne Colada (Coupette). Did we mention, they're brothers?

Joe Schofield started his career in London where he worked in numerous renowned bars, including The American Bar and Beaufort Bar at the Savoy before moving to Asia and joining the award-winning Tippling Club Singapore. He recently created the Dream and Desires menu, the world’s first edible cocktail menu where you start by sampling a selection of cocktail-flavored gummy bears. Joe will be serving three of his iconic cocktails only at Central Station.
Moreover, before joining the newly-opened Coupette, Daniel Schofield worked in many world-famous bars, including The Little Red Door in Paris and 69 Colebrooke Row in London. Coupette is known for its French-influenced concoctions using French spirits. , Recently, they won 2 awards from the Class Magazine UK for "The Best New Bar in London" and "The Best Cocktail Menu in London".
