On average, one in three women will experience anxiety at some stage in their life. It is more than just feeling stressed or worried. Anxiety affects our whole being and can make coping with daily life very difficult.

In this 8 week group we will explore the challenges of life with anxiety. We will invite you to reflect on your own experiences in a safe and supportive environment. This group offers an opportunity to learn about:

• what anxiety is and how it works

• the role of our thoughts and beliefs in how we feel

• recognizing triggers and building strategies for managing your anxiety
