Assertiveness is the skill of being able to stand up for yourself in a calm, respectful and positive way. It is a skill you can learn and get better at by practicing it.

In this half-day workshop, we will explore:

• Different communication styles

• What gets in the way of speaking up or saying ”no”

• How to ask for what we need or want

• How to communicate our feelings in a helpful and respectful way
