"When you spend time in an institution that teaches "acting" more often than not they teach you a number of different techniques throughout your study. The idea is that eventually the specific techniques that work for you are retained and the techniques that don't work for you fall away.
This class will review my "personal process" that I have developed from my various classes where I have been a student or from exercises I have tried to help me tackle a specific role. It is by no means my own technique or the only or even best way to work. It is just a series of exercises and philosophies that I personally use because I have found over the years they have worked for me therefore becoming "my personal process". My process is a work in progress and is always evolving as I learn new things in order to tackle new roles and challenges" - Hayden Tee
