We will be reading one guided visualization, one Mindful Meditation, & then we share an infusion together.
In mindfulness meditation, once you establish concentration, you observe the flow of inner thoughts, emotions, & bodily sensations without judging them as good or bad. Pay attention. You also notice external sensations such as sounds, sights, and touch that make up your moment-to-moment experience.
This type of meditation is for everyone… no matter what your race, belief, gender, age or status you’ll find the meditation & associated simple techniques easy to practice.
You do not need to know anything about meditation, beginers are welcome to join, all we ask is that you arrive with a friendly, non-judgmental attitude, & a curious mind.
