We welcome you to join us 9-11 November, 2018 for the FIRST EVER Benelux Anusara Yoga Weekend at the beautiful Chateau Frandeux in the Belgian Ardennes. Our theme for this weekend is "Embracing Kula" as our intention is to bring together all the amazing Anusara yoga teachers and students, as well as non-Anusara yogis and yoginis, to celebrate and practice the teachings.

What you can expect: Each morning will begin with a meditation, lots of amazing asana practice, free time for enjoying nature, relaxing or taking a sauna, delicious vegetarian food, all in a relaxed natural atmosphere, meeting new and old yoga friends, and so much more!

Guest Teacher Tiffany Wood, internationally renowned Anusara Yoga teacher, comes to us all the way from sunny Salt Lake City, Utah! She will teach two amazing 2.5 hour asana sessions on Saturday & Sunday mornings that you won't want to miss. Here's a little about Tiffany's philosophy of yoga, in her own words:

"My Tantric, heart-centered approach is about empowering you to seek and embrace your innate goodness—and then enhance it.

Rather than quickly moving through a series of postures (asanas), together we gently break each movement into separate pieces, gradually unfolding a pose in increments.

Through the cultivation of meditative awareness, proper body alignment, and conscious breath work (pranayama), you're empowered to dig deeper and truly get to know who you are from the inside out. Your heart, your actions, your range-of-motion, your body.

From this space of heightened inner awareness, you can draw from the lessons you've learned on the mat to live in greater harmony with your body, what's in your heart, and the world around you. That's the path to true self-discovery."
