Thursday Night Guided Meditation classes will recommence after the completion of the Commonwealth Games on Thursday 19th April.

Join us to learn to re-connect to Self, Create Stillness, De-Stress and enjoy Total Relaxation in a supported and nourishing environment within Chameleons lovely Yoga Studio.

All levels of experience are welcome and classes are designed to offer different techniques that will help to encourage you to set up your own daily practice.

With a focus on Breath Awareness, Grounding and Centering techniques, followed by Guided Visualisation that offers connection to a relevant theme such as Lunar Phases, Seasonal Changes and Energetic occurrences. This lovely class finishes with Total Body Relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Designed to take you on a journey of Self Discovery and gift yourself with the sacred time you deserve to find provide yourself with healing, connection and nourishment.

Please bring a mat, you may also bring a cushion and blanket or rug if you wish for relaxation. If you don't have a mat, the studio can provide you with one. You may also wish to bring a journal or diary to record any experiences or feelings that may surface for you.


About Jen:

Jen is Chameleons Receptionist and a qualified Meditation Teacher through Yoga Alliance and has also had Yoga Nidra Training. She has been teaching Mediation, Relaxation, Visualisation and Breath Techniques for many years, having first discovered the importance of self nurture and stillness through the practice of Ashtanga Yoga in the UK.

Wishing to provide supported space for others to enable them to also discover the ability to let go and reach a place of healing, she has been creating classes in both hemispheres for over 15 years.
