Pramercise is a full body exercise class for post-natal women and those women who wish to continue to exercise with their babies in prams beyond their post-natal period. The class is also suitable for pregnant women.
Pramercise is a fun, mummy-specific workout which educates women about the importance of dynamic posture, functional movement patterns and the rehabilitation of their post-natal body. This is all done through cardio strength, mobility and postural exercises, with an emphasis on how it relates to their life using the principles of Pilates.
