Have you been wondering what all the fuss is over our Moov classes? Perhaps you’re already a fan of the Oov and would like to know more about it? Whether you’re a total novice or on your way to being an Oov pro, our Moov workshop with Ria is designed for complete beginners and experienced moov-ers!

During this two hour workshop, we will explore how using the Oov can dramatically improve your overall functional movement working with the traditional Pilates mat repertoire of exercises.
As well as looking at what the Oov is and correct setup and safety, we will use familiar Pilates mat exercises on the Oov to help create better stability through improving mobility, enhancing motor control and full body endurance. In a nutshell, you’ll learn how the Oov can create more efficient movement patterns in your body.
