In the latest of our collaborative pop-up dinners, we are answering the bell and bringing spirits back to the forefront--specifically, mezcal brought to us by artisanal producer Wahaka. Join us for a beautifully curated five course meal paired with cocktails and five selections of Wahaka Mezcal.
Wahaka mezcal missionary and managing partner, Eduardo Belaunzarán, will help educate guests on the production of mezcal, why it is such a growing category, and how versatile of a partner mezcal is to many foods. Beverage director Cody Goodwin will be presenting his mezcal pairings with chef Henri Ñol's creative plates, including oysters dressed two ways, as well as many other seasonal, seafood-centric selections.
We will taste five different types of mezcal from Wahaka: Espadin, Tobala, Madre Cuishe, Ensamble, and Botaniko.
