A totally unique and comprehensive training program for players looking to improve their game outside of their weekly team practices. With Total Soccer 90, players will learn and practice advance ball control exercises and build their bodies to be quicker, faster, stronger and more balanced, and less susceptible to injuries. The Mobility Screening that is included with the program helps players target specific areas of weakness in the training sessions.
