This workshop provides all participants with the opportunity to learn by practicing a variety of easy, instant at-home spiritual exercises, techniques and modalities that benefit our spiritual well-being: physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and energetically.
ABOUT WORKSHOP LEADER
Bard is an intuitive healer, artist, and teacher that has been studying energy work, reiki, self-realization, body work, and yoga for 15 years. He has taught yoga and self-realization in the USA, Europe, and SE Asia. He currently lives and works in Chiang Mai and can usually be found at regular Wednesday and Sunday events at the Chiang Mai Community House.
