With the information of how to self release restrictions, we help our bodies in the recovery process. We will be sharing techniques that you can use on your own to help your body feel its best. There will be a variety of massage tools for you to try and get to your trouble areas comfortably. It can be frustrating trying to figure out what is going on and how to hep it get better.

Who are our Therapist
Candi is a massage therapist specializing in per and post surgery, specific injury, sports massage and scar tissue work. As the recipient of the 2017 Best of Chico Massage Therapist. She continues to expand the amount of clients she can hep by training other massage therapists in the art of assessment, therapeutic massage techniques and how to work with unique cases and specific injuries.
Ben has become a Master of ART and sports massage. He has a vast knowledge about healing the body and also the proper movement of the body to prevent injury. His passion is for keeping people moving and helping people get moving again.
