Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a system of Yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This method involves synchronizing the breath with movement through a sequence of postures. The practice
produces internal heat which helps detoxify the whole body.
This workshop will introduce core Ashtanga principles, namely the
breath, the gaze of the eyes as well as the internal alignment of the
posture, and give you tools to transform your Yoga practice into a
