A 30 day challenge which will help you become more active. The best way to make a new habit is to attach it to an old one. Most people watch TV at some point during their day so our aim is to get people more active whilst watching TV. Day 1 will begin with a few simple exercises and by Day 30 the aim would be for you to complete a 20 minute workout all in the comfort of your own home.

For taking part in this challenge you will have exclusive access to our new online fitness website once it is up and running. The website is full of workouts, recipes and articles to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
