Listed below are class opportunities for adults. All classes, including activities for children and youth, begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, April 11 - May 2. Bring your family and enjoy a delicious, affordable meal with friends. Dinner begins at 5:00 p.m. with a kid-friendly option available. Dinner will also be available following our Wednesday evening classes. Each week, the dinner menu will be posted on christumcmobile.com/wednesdays. Free child care is available for our tiniest ones from 0 - 3 years old.
The Book of Numbers | Hospitality Room | Taught by Pastor Jeremy Steele | Despite its boring title, the book of numbers is filled with all kinds of material from law to songs to stories of people being stoned to death and the earth opening up to swallow rebellious ministers. Pastor Jeremy will lead you through this wild wandering book as you discover its main theme: God’s love and faithfulness through the wilderness.
Parenting Teens | Room A-202 | Pastor, Mother, and Ancient Youth Minister, Jean Tippit and Mike Rollins, Director of Youth Ministry, will lead this four-week crash course on understanding the teenager in your home. They will discuss topics which will help you navigate Social media; talk to kids about dating and sex; and understand the teen culture of today.

Dancing with Words: Storytelling as Legacy, Culture and Faith by Ray Buckley | Room A-204 | Led by John Sellers | This is a fun course that includes writing and telling a story, which could be used as a devotion, talk, or even sermon material. It will count as an advanced course for those who want to continue as Certified Lay Servants. Cost of book $10.
Your Body is the Temple of God | Christ Center Assembly Area | Taught by Erin Akey | During these last 4 weeks, Erin will focus on healthy eating on a budget, shopping and cooking for breakfast, as well as entrees, and healthy snacks. Learn how to get your family on board with healthy eating and healthy living, in general. It is not too late to join this class.
