When: Tuesday May, 8th: 5-6:30 p.m.

Where: Circleville Middle School Gymnasium

Students and families are invited to join us, Tuesday, May 8th from 5-6:30 p.m. for a K-8 district family literacy night.

Events will include:
6th, 7th and 8th grade interactive book fair: In this science fair styled showcase, students will present on story elements from a literary work of their choice.

The Pickaway County Library will be on site to discuss summer reading programs and facilitate sign-ups for a 1st library card program.

Pickaway County HELPS and Jobs One Stop will be on hand with a financial literacy station with resources for students and families (529 plans and starting a checking account).

District Title reading specialists with have stations set up to facilitate parent guidance on reading comprehension strategies at home. Additionally, a bookmark creation station will be on hand for students to add a personal touch to their summer read.

The Tiger Reading Bus and Pickaway County Library Bookmobile will be parked on site to preview upcoming routes and programming.
Extra Mile summer learning academy sign-ups will also be taking place grades 5-8.
