Make your body a work of art through becoming Circ- Fit! The class starts with a fluid warmup, then moves into circus and gymnastics based strength skills and drills and we end the class with a 20-30 minute workout utilizing High-Intensity Interval Training for maximum calorie burning. Drawing from many different movement forms, Circ-Fit classes harness tools and exercise techniques taken from dance, gymnastics, aerial, acrobatics, yoga and circus arts. Circ-Fit challenges, strengthens, balances, and trains the mind and body in a way that is interesting and fun! We welcome people of all ages, strength or flexibility level.
