Come improve your technique and build your repertoire with aerial silks. With an emphasis on building endurance through sequencing, students will learn poses and wraps in silks as well as build vertical strength through climbing and inversions. Students will learn transitions, sequences, and beginning drops on the aerial fabric
Prerequisite: Ability to invert, straddle climb and hip key
Students must be comfortable with single and double foot locks, hip key, and inverting.
Wear tight clothing that isn’t slippery! Midriffs and knees should be covered.
